TEFL (Trinity CertTESOL) Program
At the Global English Teaching Academy, we understand how much of a barrier cost can be. With participants having to support themselves financially for the duration of the course, we want this rewarding teacher training experience to be available to candidates from all walks of life. We aim to create the best EFL teachers regardless of your socioeconomic background, which is why we are committed to making the course accessible through low tuition fees.
That is why the total cost of the entire course is only €1,400*. No other course on the market offers; two accredited certifications, 300 hours of real classroom experience (practicum), 130 hours of face-to-face tuition, 15 hours of assessed teaching practice, a Job Assistance Program, accommodation and travel for the duration of the course, at such an affordable price. There are no extra costs for accommodation or travel while participating in the course. All bills are covered by GET Academy and all travel to and from school is provided for the duration of the course.
*Price excludes a €75 security deposit and €25 printing fee (both payable in cash on Orientation day). The €75 security deposit is to cover loss/damages to supplied teaching materials and accommodation/training facilities. Security deposits are refundable in full at the end of the course, provided the applicant has not lost/damaged any materials/facilities provided to them and signed for on their Student Teacher usage agreement.
What you should budget for (food & extra curricular activities)
From the experience of previous Student Teachers, we suggest that applicants budget around €250 for each month they participate on the course which should cover basic needs. There are no other extra costs for accommodation (gas/electric/water/internet etc.) or travel while participating in the course. All travel to and from school is provided for the duration of the course.
